BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Lech-Lecha לך-לך Adventure Camp is a fun, adventurous, backpacking experience for Jewish teens. Close-knit groups (10-15 teens with 2-3 guides) will embark on an epic journey together in the wilderness. Together we'll create a supportive and joyful environment for teens of all backgrounds, fostering social connection and personal growth through group challenges, wilderness skills, bonfires, singing, star-gazing, and creative projects. All of our trips are led by highly trained backcountry trip leaders. Spaces at Adventure Camp fill fast, so call today for more info.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:

CAMP LOCATION: This year we are setting up our basecamp for Shabbat at the beautiful AMC Mohican, inside the gorgeous Delaware Water Gap just 90 mins North of New York City. Please join us for an upcoming information session, or go to our website for more details.
CAMP FACILITIES: Shabbats will be spent in modern cabins, with laundry and showers available, and a pristine lake nearby for swimming.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: All of our Trek Leaders and Adventure Camp staff are highly trained in wilderness safety, as well as some cross training in Mental Health awareness and support.
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We offer a CIT program to any Lech-Lecha Adventure Camp participant who is in 11th grade and has attended at least one session of Adventure Camp with us before. Details are on our registration page on our website.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: We are an approved camp for One Happy Camper funds. You can apply here: Our Camp Website Link: jewishcamp.org
