TYPE OF CAMP: Overnight/Sleepaway.

AFFILIATION(S): Simulations Week serves members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but is not officially affiliated as a Church-sponsored activity.
BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: At Sim Week, youth engage in realistic, hypothetical high-stakes scenarios where they strengthen their ability to respond to crisis and solve problems that require them to negotiate, compromise, persuade, debate, strategize, and challenge each other as they work through the simulation.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Dance, Theater, Musical Theater, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Computers, Math, Science, Technology, Academics, and more. Leadership Camp
CAMP LOCATION: Wasatch Academy is Utah’s oldest private school, founded in 1875. It is a boarding school, located in a beautiful mountain valley, in Mount Pleasant, Utah, just a 1 hr. 40 min drive south of the Salt Lake International Airport. Shuttle service is provided.
CAMP FACILITIES: Enjoy a beautiful mountain atmosphere, comfortable dorm rooms, a roomy dining room with delicious meal options, a large grassy playing field, a dance hall, and state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Activities include:
->Game night
->Improv Night (talent and variety show)
->Fireside and testimony meeting
->Formal youth banquet
->Family Ball
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Simulations Week is produced and hosted by Ensign Peak Academy, an online K-12 school serving members of the Church of Latter-day Saints and friends.

Sim Week is hosted every summer in June.
Tuition includes:
-> Simulation experience
->Overnight lodging in a twin bed. Please bring your own sheets and blanket or a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and soap.
->Breakfast on Wed, Thurs, and Fri
->Lunch on Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri
->Dinner on Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri
->Evening activities on Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri
->Family Ball admission for immediate family members of youth attendees.
